Crown Commercial Services (CCS) – Permanent Recruitment Framework

This framework offers a great deal of flexibility. Open to all public-sector bodies, it is primarily designed to help you secure high-quality talent for permanent and difficult-to-fill roles. You can award directly or through a mini competition. Again, pricing is pre-agreed and covers most roles (although not clinical or teaching roles). It ensures a comprehensive choice of suppliers to provide recruitment services under the following models:

  • Contingency recruitment (general recruitment) – a non-exclusive recruitment service with payment on fulfilment
  • Retained search (‘executive search’) – a recruitment service involving closer engagement with customers and higher service levels. This service is expected to be used for senior, executive and/or niche and specialist roles
  • Talent mapping – a research service to create recruitment insights and competitive intelligence for customers.

Seymour John has been awarded to supply on the following Lots:

  • Lot 4 – Finance
    Contingency-based model for finance roles including accounting and audit. Covering all pay bands.
  • Lot 6 – DDaT Executive
    Retained or executive search model for senior DDaT roles. Covering Grade 6 – SCS4 (or equivalent) and Non-Executive Directors.
  • Lot 7 – Executive
    Retained or executive search model for senior roles including HR, Finance, Commercial, Marcomms, Property, Project Delivery, Corporate. Covering Grade 6 – SCS4 (or equivalent) and Non-Executive Directors.
