A recruitment professional with over 12 years’ experience, Aman helps businesses across Shropshire, the Black Country and Powys thrive by ensuring they have the right management-level people in place to help them develop and grow. Disciplines include Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and General Management.
She started her career with a FTSE 250 listed company in 2005 before spending time living and working in Australia, where she quickly established herself as a top performer in the Brisbane recruitment market. She now lives in Telford and, after a stint with a Birmingham-based recruitment business, we are thrilled she’s joined the SJ team.
Passionate and ambitious, she is completely committed to candidates, clients and colleagues alike, viewing her work as a vocation – to change people’s lives by giving them the right work opportunities and helping them to realise their full potential.
As such, Aman’s warm, open personality and genuine care makes her stand out amongst recruiters. Outside of work, Aman is dedicated to her two beautiful boys and spends time socialising with family and friends. She enjoys a good gym workout and, when she has time, likes to treat herself to a meditation class. She enjoys traveling and is a foodie at heart. It’s why she fits in so well!
