Although based in the North West, his networks extend across the UK and, whilst he works across the whole of the public and not-for-profit sectors, Eric’s primary focus is healthcare. In particular, he partners with NHS clients to reduce costs, improve performance and drive transformation by helping them manage wholesale organisational restructures.
On graduating, Eric began his career as an officer in the armed forces, before moving into recruitment. All the qualities he developed during his time in the army – loyalty, commitment, tenacity and teamwork – are what candidates, clients and colleagues appreciate about him most. An avid fan of rugby, when Eric joined the team, he was a little worried about being surrounded by so many Welshmen. Having hung up his boots a few years ago, he has now discovered a love of golf. However, he’s still unsure about whether golf loves him back!!
