She has technical subject matter expertise in: performance management, employee relations, employment law, reward and recognition, HR policy and procedure, leadership and development, and change management.

Jo’s not just a top-performer at work, either; she is the PTA raffle queen at her son’s school, smashing the fundraising target year on year. Jo loves spending time with her husband and two young children, but we all need a bit of ‘me’ time.
