Kate is a Chartered MCIPD HR professional and one of our business-improvement gurus. She has a very clear vision about the importance of HR as a business enabler. Combining over 13 years’ experience in consulting and other organisational roles, her raison d’être is to inspire individuals, leaders and organisations to perform to their best.

Clear, structured and highly organised, Kate has excellent management skills. She thrives under pressure and is able to adapt and learn quickly. She’s warm, professional and commercially-aware. She is also a great communicator — across all levels of an organisation. She’s hardworking, too, with a ‘can-do’ attitude that is positively infectious. She loves nothing more than tackling complex people challenges.

Kate is committed to transparency throughout the project journey. As she says: “Clear communication is key. And that’s not just about making yourself heard, but genuinely ‘hearing’ others. Part of my job is to ensure that everyone understands the aims and objectives of any given project and the benefits of getting onboard.”

Kate offers proven experience in collaborating with organisations to develop, support, retain and motivate talent and deliver change-management initiatives that unlock potential, reduce costs and support growth and profitability. It encompasses a wide range of industry sectors — from technology and finance through to nuclear energy and construction.

Outside of work Kate enjoys a busy family life especially with her two young children. She loves to cook and, when possible, you’ll find her escaping to the gym.
