A chip off the old block, Louisa graduated from the University of Sheffield, in 2010, subsequently carving out her own niche at a FTSE 250 recruitment company where she helped launch a new business division, placing senior design professionals.

Starting from scratch, she was exclusively tasked with new-business development. Her success meant that, as the business grew and the team expanded, she became involved with the training and development of new members of staff, too.

Working within the same organisation, she went on to specialise in the recruitment of finance professionals, across the West Midlands, creating new partnerships and nurturing existing relationships with her FTSE 100 and SME clients.

With this industry experience under her belt, it made complete sense for her to join the ‘family firm’. Little Ms Organised, Louisa is the woman responsible for making Seymour John the well-oiled, sleek and efficient machine it is today. Her passion and enthusiasm is infectious, and her sharp, commercial edge keeps us on our toes, adding a level of fearless, youthful innovation to the Seymour John mix that challenges us all — even dinosaurs like her dad — to keep evolving.

A large part of Louisa’s success is down to her engaging personality and, outside of work, she enjoys nothing more than socialising with friends and family (her social diary is the envy of us all!) She also ‘enjoys’ a love/hate relationship with the treadmill at her local gym, although where she finds the time, goodness only knows. One of Louisa’s biggest passions is worldwide travel. Her success over the next few years will dictate how often she’ll get to indulge it.
