Tanya has over 10 years’ experience working both as a resourcer and a consultant. Her recruitment career began in a FTSE-250-listed company before joining Seymour John, in 2016. From healthcare and education to local government, she specialises in technology talent acquisition for large public-sector organisations, across the UK.
